Product Development
 
•    Oversee production for men’s woven and knit dress shirts, sweaters, screen-print t-shirts, socks, belts, leather goods, underwear, and knit undershirts
•    Communicate daily with fabric mills and factories domestic and overseas
     - Discover and introduce the brand to new factories to expand production 
     -    Complete quality control on the product and ensure credit is received from the proper manufacturer for damaged goods
     -    Submit product orders and confirm a smooth transition from start of production to shipment of good
     -    Negotiate cost and lead times
     -    Create a kind, well respected, relationship with factories and vendors using open communication
•    Visit factories to discuss production
•    Ensure production deadlines and lead times are being adhered to
•    Manage fabric and trim warehouse
•    Participate in sourcing decisions based on volume, design, fabrication and cost
•    Serve as a technical designer  
     -    Lead fit sessions and approve new design and size sets samples
     -    Properly measure garments and compare to factories tech packs
     -    Create new shirt models both woven and knit
     -    Design a new slim fit shirt and approve 1st sample, 2nd sample, and TOP samples
•    Actively and frequently shop trends and attend fabric trade shows
•    Create textile designs using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
•    Assist with shirt designing using different fabrications, trims, models, thread colors, and buttons
•    Release a new shirt assortment to stores every week based on selling, needs, season, color, and style
     -    Run reports to see the breakdown of color and pattern of store’s shirt assortments
     -    Understand the gaps missing in the merchandise assortment 
     -    Create and analyze planograms for each individual store
     -    Work closely with stores, analytics, and warehouse on shipment of goods
