Omaha Fashion Week

Inspired by Jackie Kennedy Onassis and the sophistication of women apprel in the 1960s, this 8 piece, ready-t0-wear collection bring a modern look to the classic silhouettes. All the textile designs were created and digitally printed using a Mimaki TX2 1600 digital textile printer on silk charmeuse, silk organza, silk dupioni, and cordoroy by Katie herself. The prints incorporate photographs Katie took while travelling Tuscany in Italy. Katie was 1 of 22 designers to showcase her designs at Omaha Fashion Week on March 8, 2015.
